Connect Pie Funds to Fireball.

Fireball works with Pie Funds through Akahu, New Zealand's open banking platform. Your Pie Funds KiwiSaver balance sits in your net worth and your FIRE plan, next to your banks and investments. The link is read only, so Fireball can never switch funds or move money.

How to connect Pie Funds

  1. 1. Open Accounts

In the Fireball app, go to Accounts and choose to connect a bank or platform.

  2. 2. Pick Pie Funds

Akahu opens a secure screen where you sign in to Pie Funds and choose which accounts to share.

  3. 3. Track its value

Your Pie Funds KiwiSaver balance appears, then keeps updating automatically so you can watch it grow.

What Pie Funds brings to Fireball

Pie Funds shares your KiwiSaver balance through Akahu. Individual funds and contributions do not come through.

Net worth

Pie Funds counts once, in its own KiwiSaver group, next to cash, investments and property.

FIRE plan

KiwiSaver stays locked until 65, so your plan shows what other savings must cover before then.

Every fund together

Several KiwiSaver and investment accounts add up in one clear net worth.
